2026 Launch Challenger Series for Pelotonia


The 2026 Launch Challenger Series officially got underway on March 1, 2026 and is the official kick off for my Pelotonia fundraising campaign. I will be doing one or two different activities per week to help raise funds for my Pelotonia fundraising campaign, and to help prepare for the start of my on-bike training rides in May. In an effort to make my life easier, I decided to break this up into three separate events, with the other two to take place after Ride Weekend in August. The Launch Challenger Series will end on May 1, 2026.

Every week, I will be doing a different activity (or two depending on how the previous week went.) The only limitations is that I can’t travel outside the state of Ohio, and I can’t use my road bike for this challenge. I will be posting updates on social media (you can follow me on Instagram and Threads at the links on my home page) and on this page.

With that: here are the challenges I work on for the Launch Challenger Series and the results of each challenge:

Goal #1 (Week of March 2): Close My Move, Exercise and Stand Rings on my Apple Watch 3 times-COMPLETED on March 9.

Goal #2 (Week of March 2): Attend the 2026 Pelotonia Launch Party and Open House-COMPLETED on March 6.

Goal #3 (Week of March 9): Walk 2 miles or more 3 times-COMPLETED on March 15.

Goal #4 (Week of March 15): Complete 5 meditation sessions of any length-COMPLETED on March 21.

Goal #5 (Week of March 22): Answer 3 writing prompts on my blog-IN PROGRESS
