Despite a couple of hiccups along the way, I am pleased to report that my make up ride for Pelotonia 2025 was successful. The ride took place on September 21, starting at Bridge Park in Dublin, OH and finished at North Bank Park in Downtown Columbus. Despite all of the preparations and testing, the live tracking from Garmin did not work at all during the ride. While that was disappointing, I’m hoping to have that fixed in time before I start on-bike training next spring.

While the on bike portion of this year’s fundraiser is now in the rear view mirror, I have announced my end of season fundraising challenge. My goal is to raise $380 to help with the fight against cancer at the James Cancer Hospital at Ohio State, and if I make that goal by the end of fundraising on October 15, I will wear a costume to pass out candy during trick or treating on October 30. If anyone wishes to donate, you can start the process at my fundraising page at Pelotonia.org
