A lot has changed since the last time I posted on the blog, so here is a quick recap of what happened since the last post:

• I came down with COVID-19 in August 2022, and as a result missed the 2022 Pelotonia Ride Weekend.
• The remodel of the retail store that I worked at finally ended in November 2022, and I subsequently moved to a new role at that job.
• My sister moved to Springfield, OH in February 2023 after the lease at her apartment expired.
• I did not participate in the Columbus Metropolitan Library’s Summer Reading Challenge this year due to other matters. I plan resume next year
• In July 2023, I officially resigned from my part time guest services position down at Nationwide Arena after a lengthy leave of absence due to my grandmother’s health problems.

I am happy to report that things in my personal life have finally settled down to the point where I can start blogging on this site again. I made a change to the template, and tweaked the color scheme slightly to make this site easier to read. My goal is to publish 2-3 posts a week going forward, to allow a better balance between this and the other things going on with my life. Sadly, there will be changes on the social media side of this site, as I am no longer going to use X (formerly Twitter) to share posts going forward. More on that later on…..
