First off, I have to admit that the last two weeks have been pretty crazy from my point of view. Between working a crazy amount of hours at my primary job, and having to deal with health problems with both my grandmother and my sister. Add my new training regiment to the mix and I feel like there are not enough hours in the day. That also means that I am behind schedule for some of my personal projects, including this blo
On that note, I have decided to make a few operational changes to how this blog will operate in the future. While the fitness results page will remain in place, any results posts and all operational updates to the blog and the new podcast will now be posted exclusively on social media. I currently have a Facebook page facebook.com/CunninghamsCornerOH, and a Twitter page: twitter.com/CunninghamsCoOH and will expand to other platforms later this summer. I have found that those types of posts do much better on those platforms.
Speaking of the podcast, I will launch the podcast in mid-April, after my first attempt to launch the podcast did not go well. I will launch on Anchor, and will roll out to other platforms shortly after launch. I will reveal more information on social media as I get closer to launching the podcast. Once things get back on track, I will be moving on to other exciting projects for this blog.
Finally, I would like to thank everyone who has read or followed this blog to this point. I look forward to sharing my continued journey toward better health and wellness, as well as other facets of my life story with the world.
