My Fitness Results for 2020


Back in January, I broke down and got an Apple Watch Series 3 to repace the Fitbit Blaze that I had used to track my steps and workouts in the past (partly because the LED screen had started to lose accuracy and was turning orange.) While My Pelotonia and the AllState Hot Chocolate 5K were highlights of this year, I still had trouble breaking some old habits (this will continue into the new year).

Despite that, I have managed to log more workouts this year, than the last few years combined. Here are my results for this year:

  2. Walking

  3. Running
    1. Number of Workouts: 8
    2. Total Workout Time: 3:18:54
    3. Distance: 13.79 miles
    4. Calories Burned: 1,915
  4. Other Workouts
    1. Number of Workouts: 7
    2. Total Workout Time: 1:35:15
    3. Calories Burned: 450

While I made some progress on getting in shape, I still have some work to do to accomplish my weight loss goals. Looking forward to writing this post next year.
