Turning the Corner

First off, I am pleased to report that I have made the Bicycling goal for My Pelotonia 2020. I am still working on the walking goal by November 15, and hopefully the weight should start to come off shortly after. I am also pleased to report that after a doctor’s appointment that resulted me in going back on medication to treat my autism, I have not had any problems at work, and I feel like that I am getting back on track in other areas with my personal life.

During that doctor’s appointment, I brought up the fact that my back was hurting all of the time, and the slant in my shoulder. It was decided that I needed to get back to a chiropractor. A series of x-rays would confirm my suspicions: While my spine was healthy, the spinal column was significantly out of alignment. The good news is that with treatment and a little physical therapy, I can get that fixed. This also means that I will be forced to make some signifcant changes in the short term to address this (More on that in a future post………)

Looking back on this year, I admit that I have made some major mistakes. I also realized that I needed a little help in correcting those mistakes. Now that I have gotten things back on track, my focus now turns to finishing this year on a positive note. One other thing that I am looking forward to…is being back on this blog a little more often than I have been recently.

This will be all for tonight, now to decide what I want to watch next on my brand new television…………..
