A little tired right now after a bike ride of 16 miles, and a walk of just under 3 miles, but I am making some progress towards two of my goals (For the moment, I have stopped reporting my weight loss goal.) I believe that if I maintain the pace I am currently on right now (or ramp it up to a higher level) that my weight will take care of itself. So with out further ado, here is where I stand this week:
- Biking (Goal of 250 Miles): 178.38 miles to go
- Walking (Goal of 250 Miles): 218.76 miles to go
- Weight Loss (Goal of 20lbs.): 17 lbs to go
Worried about the latter part of this week, namely due to the stormy weather forecast. I am more worried about the thunder and lightning than the rain. One more thing, I am going to announce my plans for virtual walk/run events for the remainder of this year (and the first part of next year) on Thursday.
