My Pelotonia Update fo 8/25


Before I get in to this week’s My Pelotonia update, I am pleased to report that I have finally found a new doctor (It happens to be the same one everyone else in my family is seeing.) Earlier today, I completed my first yoga workout on the Nike Training Club app (available for both iOS and Android.) Lets just say my path to getting healthy is going to be a lot more exciting going forward. Speaking of that, here is where things stand this week:

  • Bike Goal: 215.88 miles to go (made huge progress here)
  • Walking Goal: 231.91 miles to go (have some work to do here)
  • Weight Loss Goal: 17.5 lbs to go (had a bad week here)

May hold off on the updates next week because of the weather that is forecast to hit Columbus later this week and weekend (especially since what is going on in the tropics could be heading this direction.)
